The Washington Leadership Forum annually provides leaders of the REIT and publicly traded real estate industry with the opportunity to interact with key Washington policymakers, tell them the story of REITs and publicly traded real estate, comment on the critical issues of the day, and advance NAREIT's public policy initiatives. There is no cost to attend this event.

Reagan National Airport is located approximately 5 miles from The Hay-Adams hotel. Taxi costs are approximately $20. Dulles International Airport and Baltimore-Washington International are approximately 25 and 33 miles, respectively, from the hotel. Corresponding taxi costs are approximately $55 and $75.
