Suite Access & Registration Policy
All individuals must be registered for REITworld 2019 in order to gain access to the suite and meetings space at the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. To access any meeting in a suite or meeting space, you, and each individual in your party, must have a REITworld 2019 conference badge. Each individual will be required to show their REITworld conference badge to security at the elevator bank, escalators, or the stairs.
Note: You will not be granted access to any meeting in a suite, meeting room, REITPAC Suite, or Networking Room unless you, and each individual in your party, have a REITworld 2019 convention badge.
Conference Cancellation Policy
Full conference refunds will be issued for cancellations received no later than Friday, Oct.11, 2019, less a $100 processing fee.

Hotel Reservation Policy
In order to reserve a hotel room within the Nareit negotiated group blocks, you must first register for the conference. If a hotel room is reserved, but you are not registered for the conference, the hotel reservation will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. Should you have questions regarding the hotel, contact Lacey Rimoli-Wiesel at lacey@stagedrightevents.com. You can reach Staged Right Events offices by calling 954-404-8252. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Note: All room reservations will be charged a one-night, non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation request. Hotel reservations are due no later than Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 to receive the group rate (pending availability).
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Nareit requires a one-night, non-refundable deposit paid to the hotel at time of reservation. Cancellation of additional room nights (not the entire reservation) without penalty requires notice 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise additional room and tax penalties may apply and will be charged to the credit card on file. Any changes to your hotel reservation may be done on the hotel room block site up until 72 hours prior to arrival or by emailing lacey@stagedrightevents.com. All change requests are subject to room availability. Please do not call the hotel directly.
