Postal Realty Trust, Inc. is an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and manages over 1,700 properties leased primarily to the United States Postal Service (the “USPS”), ranging from last-mile post offices to larger industrial facilities. The Company conducts its business through an Umbrella Partnership REIT (UPREIT) structure in which its properties are owned by Postal Realty LP (its Operating Partnership) directly or through limited partnerships, limited liability companies or other subsidiaries. The company's owned portfolio is comprised of 1,332 postal properties located in 49 states and one territory. Postal Realty Trust provides fee-based third-party property management services for an additional 397 properties.
