ESG Rater Presentations 2021
Nareit hosted a series of webinars with ESG raters in summer 2021. Representatives from FTSE Russell, ISS Corporate Solutions (ICS), MSCI, and Sustainalytics who cover the real estate sector shared insights into how REITs are assessed, how they factor or adjust for tenant behaviors, differences between real estate sectors, and more. Recordings are available exclusively to Nareit corporate members.
ESG Frameworks 2019
The Nareit Guide to ESG Reporting Frameworks helps Nareit members better understand and navigate the array of environmental, social and governance reporting frameworks. The inaugural guide, developed with assistance from AccountAbility, was released in 2019 and is available in a downloadable PDF.
