American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) announced that its board of directors elected Rajesh (“Raj”) Kalathur as a director. Kalathur is president of John Deere Financial, a financial services provider for dealers and customers of John Deere equipment, and chief information officer of Deere & Company.
CBL Properties (NYSE: CBL) said Karen Walker was promoted to senior vice president–technology solutions. Walker joined the CBL team in 2014 and throughout her tenure has assumed increasing responsibilities, including roles as a programmer, business and supply chain analyst, and business intelligence, the company said.


Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) said Lillian Giornelli will retire at the end of her elected term, which will expire at the company's 2025 annual shareholder meeting, concluding her service as a member of the board of directors since May 1999. Cousins also announced the election of Susan Givens to its board, effective April 1. Givens has an extensive background in the real estate industry, most recently as a senior managing director in the real estate group at Blackstone.
Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) appointed Paula Cogan as managing director, head of EMEA, effective March 17. Cogan brings more than 20 years of European telecommunications and infrastructure experience to Digital Realty. Most recently, she served as CEO of euNetworks, a European bandwidth infrastructure company.
Digital Realty also welcomed Ian Black as senior vice president, global head of energy. “With a wealth of experience in energy procurement and renewable energy, Ian’s expertise and leadership will play a pivotal part in our global energy strategy. In his new role, Ian will lead a comprehensive global energy strategy, ensuring reliable and cost-effective solutions across our portfolio,” Digital Realty said. Before joining Digital Realty, Black was chief development officer at ENGIE North America Inc.


InvenTrust Properties Corp. (NYSE: IVT) named Julie Swinehart to its board of directors. InvenTrust said Swinehart “brings extensive financial expertise and leadership experience in the real estate industry, further strengthening the company’s governance and strategic vision.” She currently serves as executive vice president and CFO of Fenway Sports Group, a global sports, marketing, media, entertainment, and real estate company.
Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) announced the promotion of Timothy Lobner to executive vice president and COO, effective March 2. Lobner has served as executive vice president and head of field operations for Invitation Homes since December 2023. Charles Young will continue in the role of president. “With this move, we continue developing our leadership to ensure both the continuity of our business and the success of our company,” said CEO Dallas Tanner.
National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE:NHI) said that after more than 34 years of leadership and guidance on the NHI board of directors, Robert Webb notified the board that he would resign immediately. Webb joined the NHI board upon its inception in 1991. “We wish Bob all the best in an active retirement," said Eric Mendelsohn, NHI president and CEO.


OUTFRONT Media Inc. (NYSE: OUT) announced the appointment of Nick Brien as interim CEO. Brien has served on the company’s board of directors for many years, and that service will continue in his new role. He has held senior leadership positions at advertising industry firms that include Publicis, Dentsu, McCann Worldgroup, and IPG Mediabrands.
Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:PDM) made appointments to its board of directors: Deneen Donnley, senior vice president and general counsel at Consolidated Edison; Stephen Lewis, retired chair and CEO of Troutman Pepper; and Jeffrey Donnelly, director and CEO of DiamondRock Hospitality (NYSE: DRH).
Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. (NYSE: PLYM) promoted Anthony Saladino to president and CFO. Saladino has served as executive vice president and CFO since February 2022, having previously held the roles of chief accounting officer and senior vice president of accounting. He joined Plymouth in October 2020.


Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD) announced the retirement of its co-founder, Hamid Moghadam, from his CEO role, effective Jan. 1, 2026. After more than four decades of leadership, Moghadam will continue as executive chairman. As part of the company’s succession plan, Dan Letter, currently president, will succeed Moghadam as CEO, and will join the board of directors with immediate effect. Letter has been with Prologis since 2004.
Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBRA) announced three promotions within its leadership team. Lukas Hartwich has been promoted to executive vice president–finance, after previously serving as senior vice president–finance. Kara Pappanduros has been promoted to senior vice president–asset management, after previously serving as vice president–asset management. Anna Mohr has been promoted to vice president–human resources after previously serving as director–human resources.
Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE: SPG) said Herbert Simon, chairman emeritus of the board of directors, has retired. David Simon, chairman, CEO and president, stated, "Our company has benefited greatly from Herb's unique knowledge and experience as one of our co-founders, and I thank him immensely on behalf of myself, the board, our management team, and more than 3,600 employees."
