Centerspace (NYSE: CSR) announced the appointment of Jay Rosenberg to its board of trustees. Rosenberg will also serve on Centerspace’s nominating and corporate governance committee. He recently retired as head of public real assets for Nuveen, where he oversaw strategy, investment process and performance of the firm’s listed real assets platform while also serving as a member of Nuveen’s global investment committee.

Farmland Partners Inc. (NYSE: FPI) named Dr. Bruce Sherrick, a renowned agricultural economist and farmland expert at the University of Illinois, to its board of directors. Sherrick has run the TIAA-CREF Center for Farmland Research at the university’s Department of Agricultural and Consumer Economics since 2014.

Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HHH) announced that Bhupesh Arora has been named the company’s chief technology officer. Arora will oversee technology strategy, development, and operations across the company’s national portfolio of large-scale master planned communities and mixed-use properties. Arora brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior IT leader with various Fortune 500 global manufacturing and industrial companies. He most recently served as the vice president, information technology at Magellan Midstream Partners, LP, an oil and gas pipeline company.

Iron Mountain Inc. (NYSE: IRM) said it has elected Andre Maciel to the board of directors. Maciel has served as global CFO for The Kraft Heinz Company since March 2022.

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) announced the appointment of Diana Laing to its board of directors. Laing previously served on Macerich’s board from 2003 through 2022. Laing’s background includes serving as CFO of AMH (NYSE: AMH) until her retirement in June 2018. More recently, she was interim CFO for Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX) from November 2018 to May 2019.

Phillips Edison & Co. Inc. (Nasdaq: PECO) increased the size of the board from nine to 10 members and appointed Devin Murphy to the board. Murphy served as president of PECO from August 2019 until Dec. 31, 2023. Prior to that, he served as PECO’s CFO from June 2013, when he joined the company, to August 2019.

Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD) named Justin Meng to lead investor relations. Meng will manage relationships with investors and analysts, lead the quarterly earnings process, and work with senior leadership on investor-focused strategies and communications.

Public Storage (NYSE: PSA) appointed Maria Hawthorne to its board of trustees. She will serve as a member of the audit committee. Hawthorne previously served as president and CEO of PS Business Parks, Inc. from August 2015 and July 2016, respectively, until her retirement in September 2020.

STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE:STAG) announced the appointment of Vicki Lundy Wilbon to its board of directors. Since 1995, Wilbon has worked at The Integral Group LLC, a real estate firm focused on master planned, mixed-use, transit-oriented, multi-family, and senior housing development to revitalize urban areas. She has served as executive vice president since 2016 and a principal of Integral since 2003.

Welltower Inc. (NYSE: WELL) announced the appointment of Andrew Gundlach to its board of directors. Gundlach is the president and co-CEO of Bleichroeder LP, a registered investment advisor serving ultra-high-net-worth families.

W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) said John Park will step down as president of the company effective Sept. 30. Park will serve as senior advisor to the company through February 2025 and will continue to serve as a trustee of Net Lease Office Properties (NYSE: NLOP) and the W. P. Carey Foundation. The separate role of president will be eliminated, and the title will be assumed by Jason Fox, the company's CEO.
