
Paradigm for Parity is accepting applications for the next cohort in their Profit & Loss Leadership Accelerator program. Through support from the Nareit Foundation’s Dividends Through Diversity initiative, REIT professionals have dedicated spots in the organization’s signature six-month core skills development program that prepares women for future operational roles.
Nareit member companies can nominate high-potential women with 5-10 years of experience in their organization who are:
- Aspiring to business line leadership;
- Seeking to align their core skills with the increased expectations of their role; and
- Looking to transition from staff roles to line management positions.
The program takes place over six months and requires approximately 10-18 hours per month.
