Equinix Leads Real Estate Companies on the JUST 100 Index

Equinix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EQIX) was recently ranked in the JUST 100 Index as the top real estate company, and 51 out of 940 companies included. Overall, 36 REITs were included in the assessment.

JUST Capital’s 2025 rankings reflect the performance of the largest publicly traded U.S.-based corporations, collectively making up the Russell 1000, on issues that define just business behavior. The issues and their weights in the JUST Capital model are determined by polling the American public.
