My two mantras for young people are always the same. The first is to put yourself in the path of growth because that's where you will find opportunity.
The second is to be adaptable. Be ready and willing to change in order to meet the world because the world is changing at a rapid pace and the people who will be most successful are those who can adapt to it.

I love this industry because real estate is connected to every aspect of your life. It impacts where you live, where you work, and where you travel. It is connected with your data and where it's saved.
I would tell young professionals that real estate is tangible; you can see it. It's inspiring to see your work product, how it changes the world, how it changes people around you, and how it changes cities and communities.
