Aug. 12 – Rep. Michelle Steel (R-CA) met with Essex Property Trust (NYSE: ESS) CEO Michael Schall in Huntington Beach, CA. Rep. Steel, a member of the House Education & Labor Committee and House Transportation & Infrastructure Committee, learned about Essex’s extensive portfolio in the southern California region and received an update on the state of housing generally in California.
