REITweek drew nearly 2,500 attendees over the course of the week.

Nareit’s REITweek: 2024 Investor Conference took place in New York City on June 3-6. Roughly 2,500 people came together over the course of the week to discuss REITs and REIT-based real estate investments, with 90 REITs and publicly traded real estate companies making investor presentations.

The week kicked off on June 3 with the eighth annual REIT Investor Relations Symposium at the NYSE Big Board Club. On June 5, Nareit’s John Worth, along with Bloomberg Intelligence’s REIT and real estate analysts from the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific, including Jeffrey Langbaum, Lindsay Dutch, Sue Munden, and Patrick Wong, held a discussion addressing key themes from the conference, how those themes translate worldwide, and the four macrotrends shaping the future of the global REIT industry.

Throughout the week, Nareit shared event updates and conversations on social media. The Nareit communications team also met with and conducted video interviews with roughly 40 REIT CEOs.
