Nareit Announces 2025 Officers and Board Members

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Nov. 4, 2024) – Nareit announced the election of its 2025 officers, the members of its executive board, and its advisory board of governors.

Nareit’s new chair is Conor C. Flynn, CEO of Kimco Realty Corporation. Flynn takes over today from Nareit’s 2024 chair, W. Matthew Kelly, CEO of JBG SMITH.

“We are happy to share that Conor will serve as Nareit’s 2025 chair,” said Nareit President and CEO Steven A. Wechsler. “His expertise and dedication to our industry makes him the ideal person to lead Nareit, and drive our communications with investors, policymakers, and other key stakeholders about the benefits of REITs. Matt accomplished critical work in this and other areas, and we are grateful to him and are looking forward to his continued involvement with Nareit.”
