Nareit’s REITwise: 2022 Law, Accounting & Finance Conference will be held March 23-25 in Orlando, Florida. Each year, REITwise brings together legal, accounting, tax, and finance professionals in the REIT and publicly traded real estate industry to network and learn about the latest technical and operational issues impacting REITs. Attendees will also have the opportunity to earn up to 19 CPE credits and 17 CLE credits.

REITwise COVID-19 Policies
Registration for in-person attendance at Nareit’s REITwise 2022 requires proof that registrants are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR have a negative PCR test 48 hours prior to arrival at the hotel AND a negative rapid COVID test given onsite prior to picking up conference badge. Ongoing participation in this event is subject to Nareit’s COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment.
Nareit will be following all CDC event guidelines for our conference and will be enforcing strict precautions throughout the entire event, including:
- Proof of vaccination: All attendees must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination OR have a negative PCR test 48 hours prior to arrival at the hotel AND a negative rapid COVID test given onsite prior to picking up conference badge. No registrant will be allowed into any component of the conference without proof of vaccination or negative PCR test and negative onsite rapid test.
- Mask mandate: All attendees are required to wear a mask while indoors during the conference. Masks are also strongly encouraged while in outside meeting spaces. N95 or KN95 masks are recommended and will be available at conference registration.
- Social distancing: Ballrooms and meeting areas will be set to allow for distance between attendees.
- Testing: Nareit will provide free and optional rapid COVID testing onsite at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for any attendee.
