Nareit is pleased to welcome a new corporate member.

Terravet REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation, and its operating partnership, Terravet OP LP, a Delaware limited liability company, seeks to acquire properties that are currently leased to veterinary and niche health care facilities with strong operating histories. These facilities are typically located in suburban or exurban communities surrounding major U.S. cities or large university towns, and subject to long-term leases that typically have average terms remaining of 10 years or more.
