Outgoing chief accountant officer Rebecca Sandring will continue as a newly appointed senior vice president in addition to her continuing responsibilities as secretary and treasurer of the company.
Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) appointed Paul Adkins as executive vice president and COO. Prior to joining COPT, he spent five years as a principal at The JBG Companies, a real estate investment and management firm.
CyrusOne (NASDAQ: CONE) said Diane Morefield has been appointed executive vice president and CFO. She succeeds Gregory Andrews.
EdR (NYSE: EDR) hired Dawn Ray as the company’s new vice president of corporate communications and marketing. Ray previously held the position of director of strategic and executive communications with Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, Tennessee.
Forest City Realty Trust, Inc., (NYSE: FCE.A) announced Chairman Charles Ratner will retire at the end of 2016. The company said James A. Ratner, Forest City’s executive vice president of development, will succeed Charles Ratner as non-executive chairman.
Gladstone Commercial Corp. (NASDAQ: GOOD) named Michael Sodo CFO. Sodo previously served as CFO, treasurer and executive vice president of VEREIT, Inc. (NYSE: VER).
W. Edward Walter stepped down as president and CEO of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: HST) at the end of 2016. His successor is James Risoleo, who previously served as Host’s executive vice president and managing director of investments, West Coast and Europe.
The Howard Hughes Corp. (NYSE: HHC) said David O’Reilly has been appointed as CFO, replacing Andrew Richardson. O’Reilly previously served as executive vice president, chief investment officer of Parkway Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PKY).
Iron Mountain Inc. (NYSE: IRM), announced that Ernest Cloutier, currently executive vice president, U.S. federal, security and legal, will be named as the company’s executive vice president and general manager, emerging markets effective April 1. Cloutier will succeed Marc Duale, who has served as Iron Mountain’s president, international for eight years. Duale will remain with the company in an advisory role. Iron Mountain also appointed Deborah Marson as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary.
Washington Prime Group Inc. (NYSE: WPG) named Lou Conforti as CEO. He had served as interim CEO since June 2016. Before joining Washington Prime, Conforti was the executive director and global head of strategy at Colony Capital.
